- The customer and their property will be respected at all times.
- Any customer requests for extras or work must be approved by Job Lead. Pricing should never be side discussed directly with clients.
- Communication with clients should be limited, respectful and quiet.
- We are responsible for shutting down and securing the jobsite - tools put away, the site is clean, lights are turned off, gates are closed, all windows and doors are closed and locked, etc.
- No parking in driveways without permission, no offensive bumper stickers
- We are responsible for dust protection and cleaning up - ZipWalls, floor protection, etc.
- Follow all OSHA rules
- No tobacco use on jobsites. Tobacco use is only allowed inside of vehicles parked on the street
- Radio volume should be kept low, no potentially offensive radio programming. Please check with the Job Lead before playing radios.
- Cell phones - never in front of a customer. Never on a ladder.
- Profanity is not allowed. Keep voices low at all times.
- Clothing should be neat and clean, only Crestwood Painting uniforms.
